Ame Nitu
Founder of Amè Patisserie, she has been hand crafting cakes and recipes for 6 years, being a top chef at a restaurant working alongside Micheline star chefs, she has taken her knowledge for creative tasting notes and art of cooking to creating the most delicate unique and tasteful desserts.
Gabriele Nitu
Founder of Gabrielè Blooms, Flowers have been a way of expressing her creativity after her journey with fashion. Being a fashion designer has now translated into the way Gabriele designs from the way flowers fall, the colours and structure… its an art, what she loves most of all is being able to transform someone’s idea into an arrangement really expressing their own style.
